This schedule is designed to provide a balance of intense fitness, mindful yoga, rest, and exploration while fostering a sense of community and personal growth. You are not required to participate in anything you don't want to, we want you to have the best time and do whatever feels best for you.

13:00 – 16:00: Guided Tour of the Medina (2hrs)

16:00 – 17:00: Free Time

17:30 – 18:30: Restorative Yin Yoga

19:00 – Dinner
